Cosmo Pre Filters: 

• G4 grade pre-filter panel for the removal of coarse particulate
• Pleated for maximum dust holding capacity and lower running cost
• Water resistance card frame
• Polycotton media G4 / ISO Coarse 80% (EN 779:2012 / ISO 16890)
• Galvanised steel pleat support mesh
• May be incinerated or disposed of to general waste
• Expected filter life: 3 months *

Cosmo Main Filters: 

Activated carbon fume filter
• Galvanised steel case
• 1.3kg of high activity carbon granules for removal of solvents/fumes
• Carbon specifically tailored to remove cosmetic fumes such as acetone, benzene, dibutyl
phthalate, ethyl methacylate, formaldehyde, toluene **
• May be incinerated or disposed of to general waste
• Expected filter life: 12 months *

*Depends on usage - higher fume or dust, or extended operating hours will reduce filter life. ** Caution, solvents must never be poured directly into the Nailstation or fume filter as this could result in an exothermic reaction
