At Salon Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals are intact and including a copy of your packing slip or authorization number.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
